Shooters: Here are the match results from December's 2700 Bullseye match at the Terrell Rifle and Pistol Club. Congratulations to Daniel Miller, the overall champion, with a score of 2399-43x. Note that Daniel fired the Center-fire portion of the 2700 with an iron-sighted .38 Colt revolver. Roy Plumlee took second place overall, firing a .45 S&W revolver for the CF stage. Lunch was home-made chili and corn-bread, with spice-cake cupcakes for dessert. This concludes our match schedule for 2010. Stay tuned for our new match program for 2011, which will likely feature an NRA Approved 2700 Match each quarter, with lunch provided, for $20. The other three matches in the quarter would be regular 1800 matches, without lunch. At the shooters' option, after an 1800 we can run a practice National Match course for hard-ball or Distinguished Revolver. Start time of 9:00am. To be held on the fourth weekend of the month. Not yet decided whether that would be a Saturday or Sunday.
